Our story began in 1974 when Lary and Viv Rosenboom founded our company as a tool and die shop. Today, we’re known as a leading manufacturer of custom hydraulic cylinders. And while our reputation has grown nationally and internationally, we haven’t forgotten our roots.
We’re still a family-owned company, and many of our customers still work directly with a Rosenboom. In today’s world, that kind of accountability means a lot. |
Sauder Woodworking Company was founded in 1934 by Erie Sauder, the original inventor of ready-to-assemble furniture. The business has grown into a family of companies offering a wide range of furniture solutions for home, business and institutional markets. Although the privately held, family run company’s brands and product offerings have evolved through the years, the core aspects of the business have remained unchanged. The company still holds true to the values of hard work, stewardship, trust and a heritage of innovation upon which it was built. Utilizing some of the most technologically advanced equipment in the world, the facility includes nearly five million-square-feet of manufacturing and warehouse space and employs over 2000 workers from Northwest Ohio and surrounding areas
