The Northwest Ohio Manufacturing Alliance (NOMA) is a grassroots effort driven by employers to identify issues surrounding workforce in manufacturing and take the lead in implementing change. Through meaningful partnerships, NOMA works with educators, workforce boards, and economic development organizations to promote manufacturing as a career of choice.
NOMA Offers:
- A collaborative voice – Partner organizations work together to create a unified marketing message
- Education & empowerment of the next generation – Education partners work with student influencers to present manufacturing as a rewarding career option, dispelling outdated and misled opinions about the available career pathways
- Engagement of the community - Develop a marketing message that can be used by the community at large to present manufacturing as a career path, life sustaining skill set, place to grow and opportunity to make a living and support a family
